Get to know Matthew Rockett, Newburgh Branch Manager:
Matthew has served as our Newburgh branch manager for the last eight months. Wallkill Valley Federal Savings and Loan recently acquired Empire State Bank’s Newburgh location where Matthew was the AVP Community Market Manager. You can call him a “career banker.” Matthew has been in the banking industry since 2000, working in various roles for six different financial institutions. He loves the personal interactions with his customers and helping them with any of their financial needs. Guiding a customer to a mutually beneficial solution brings real internal satisfaction to him.
