- Utilize up to 75% of your home’s equity

**If the loan is paid off within 3 years from origination, you will reimburse the bank the closing fees associated with the home equity loan.
Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC)
Make your home’s equity work for you with checkbook access to funds. You only pay interest on the funds you use. Other benefits include:
- 10 Year Credit Line Draw Period*
- No application fees
- No annual fees
- Utilize up to 75% of your home’s equity
- No closing costs**
*Interest only payments for the first 10 years, the monthly P&I payments for the remaining 15 years.
