Proposed Reorganization – Each Member Vote is Very Important!
On May 16th, 2017 Wallkill Valley Federal Savings and Loan Association will be holding a special meeting for all members. The purpose of the meeting is for members to consider and approve a proposed Reorganization of Wallkill Valley Federal Savings and Loan in order to enable Wallkill to acquire Hometown Bank of the Hudson Valley.
Your Board of Directors UNANIMOUSLY voted in favor of the proposed
Plan of Reorganization and is asking you to do the same!
Please vote FOR approval of the Proposed Reorganization.
Voting is easy. You can do it in 1 of 3 ways.
- Vote By Mail
Once you receive your proxy card(s) in the mail, simply follow the instructions: sign, date and return the card(s) in the enclosed envelope.
- Vote By Telephone
Once you receive your proxy card(s) in the mail, call 866-853-9839 to vote.You will need your unique control number printed on the proxy card(s).
- Vote By Internet
After receiving your proxy card(s), visit the link below to vote.You will need your unique control number printed on the proxy card(s).
That’s it, it really is that easy.
Please keep an eye out in the mail for your proxy card or cards. Depending on the ownership structure of your accounts, you may be receiving more than one proxy card. Please submit a vote for each proxy card you receive.
Also note if you do not vote; it will have the same effect as a vote against the Plan of Reorganization. Again, we would like to remind you that the Board of Directors recommends that you vote FOR the plan of reorganization. If you would like more information you are invited to attend the special member meeting and you can turn in your proxy card(s) at that time. The meeting details are below:
